Capacity quasi doubled at Electro Métal due to new Coating Projects furnace & chain conveyor

At Electro Métal in Lorris (FR – dept. 45), the new powder coating installation is operational, and after a visit to the satisfied customer, we were able to note that the investment goal has been more than achieved.

The conveyor system was specifically designed for our customer, resulting in very stable suspension for the fragile parts that are processed by the powder coating installation. By working with different levels, operators on the line can work in a much more ergonomic manner.

Above all, it once again proves that Coating Projects' ovens are exceptional.

Our panels are equipped with High Density Technical Rockwool. It's important to point out that there is no thermal bridge between the inner and outer plates of our ovens, meaning that there is no heat loss through walls or seams.

The new oven is twice as large as the previous one, and despite the fact that there is much more mass to heat per hour, the new oven is more energy-efficient than the previous one!
