At Pierret Alu in Bertrix, the new powder coating line is in production.
The window and door manufacturer assures itself of a state-of-the-art powder spraying installation for the next decades.
The powder coating line is equipped with following excellent materials:
- 'Sight on site' visual control system
- Takt pre-treatment line including double pickling zone to meet higher pickling rates if required.
- Drying and baking oven with heat compensator.
- Automatic powder cabin : Quick colour change system with Nordson HDLV technology and Top Color Changer Dual, allowing colour changes between 60 and 90 seconds.
- Hand spray booth
- Power & Free transport system with unique data exchange between paint shop and other production departments.
Automatic delivery of profiles from a "high-bay" sorting warehouse to the paint shop.
