Water purification installation
For a physico-chemical purification station, we have developped the update of an electrical cabinet which functioned with an older model of PLC (Siemens S5). We have installed a PLC Siemens S7-313C with a Siemens touch screen 10". For the emergency shutdown for this installation, we used a programmable shutdown relay to divide the different areas of the installation.
We also integrated different analogical measuring instruments in the installation to measure the levels, the flow rate, pression, pH... These data are registered on a USB storage device so that this can be copied and treated on a computer. For a water treatment installation it can be interesting to have insights on the duration of processes, the quantity of treated water, the results of treatment processes.
