Horizontal gas scrubber for treatment noxious fumes

Our customer, a world leader in the anodizing of aluminum products, is equipped with a fully automated, continuous anodizing line. PCA was contacted because the company wanted to reduce the environmental impact of the emission of the noxious fumes. Our engineering department therefore designed a horizontal packed gas scrubber with NaOH dosage to neutralize the acid vapors. The installation was constructed by our experienced technicians in our workplace after which the mounting at the customer was successfully completed.
