About this role
As Production Manager within the Axon Group, you are responsible for the daily management and organization of our production activities. You work closely with your team on the shop floor and combine operational presence with a coaching leadership style.
You ensure an efficient, safe, and high-quality operation of the workshop and warehouse, with a strong focus on people, processes, and continuous improvement. Your base location is our headquarters in Mouscron, while technicians regularly work on-site at customer locations.
Your responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 15 employees (blue-collar and white-collar staff)
- Ensure daily operational presence in the workshop and warehouse
- Organize and follow up on production activities in the workshop and warehouse, including planning and resource management
- Be supported by two colleagues for internal and external tasks
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role within a workshop or production environment
- Technical background (electromechanics or equivalent)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Good communication skills in Dutch and French (bilingual working environment)
- Safety, quality, and continuous improvement are key priorities for you
- Hands-on mindset, decisive, and strong on-the-floor presence
- Start of the working day at 8:00 with the team
