What you'll do

As IT operations engineer, you will develop the IT strategy based on the company's objectives.
You take a helicopter view, think ahead and translate technological possibilities into concrete value for the business.

• Provide solutions and help the organization develop digital opportunities
• Manage digital transformation and change
• Set up IT projects, budgets and priorities
• Design and build a future-proof IT infrastructure
• Collaborate effectively with external partners (negotiation, follow-up, coordination)
• Lead ERP implementations (preferably with experience in SAP Business One and Business Intelligence)
• Ensure IT is fully aligned with the business strategy

What do you bring?

• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Experience with change management and digital transitions
• Experience with ERP and project management
• At least 2 years of experience as IT manager, director or program manager
• Preferably experience in the industrial sector
• Experience with SAP Business One & BI is a strong plus
