Your responsibilities:

• First-Line IT Support: Provide hands-on assistance to employees by troubleshooting IT-related issues, including workplace equipment, printers, telephony, and other technical systems.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve a variety of IT challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Reporting & Optimization: Develop and enhance reporting tools to improve efficiency across various departments.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Create high-quality ad-hoc reports and data insights to support business decision-making.
• User Support & Training: Assist employees with IT-related inquiries and help them navigate technical systems effectively.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline IT processes and implement better solutions for long-term efficiency.

Your profile:

Education & Experience:

• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or a related field.
• You have experience with Windows Server, Linux, Azure, and other IT infrastructures.

Technical Skills:

• You are familiar with networking, VLANs, WLANs, and VPNs.
• Experience with C#/.NET is a plus, and you are willing to develop your expertise in this area.
• You have strong knowledge of SQL and a good understanding of relational databases (experience with MS SQL Server is an advantage).
